Hours

We are available, weather and other conditions permitting, from 8:30 to 5:00 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays and the Friday before Memorial Day, July 4th, the Friday before Labor Day, and the Friday after Thanksgiving. Generally we leave early on Christmas Eve and might not work on Boxing Day.

We try to answer the phone when it rings; courtesy demands that a person, not a machine, answers your call.
